Dearborn Country Club

Dearborn Country Club is a private club on North Military Street in Dearborn, Michigan, west of Detroit, on land Henry Ford owned when he founded the club in the 1920s. Its 18-hole course, a Donald Ross design from 1925 that C.E. Robinson reworked in 1966, is the center of a full-service club: Albert Kahn's Tudor Revival clubhouse, now on the National Register of Historic Places, a seasonal pool, fitness facilities, dining and a year-round social calendar. Golf is for members and their guests; the club's membership tiers include unlimited golf, and social members may play twice a month with a golf member. The course is par 72 and plays to more than 6,800 yards from the club's longest tees, with up to eight tee combinations. It is a parkland layout of narrow, tree-lined corridors. Most holes run straight or bend gently, and ponds come into play on the 3rd, 12th, 13th and on both sides of the approach to the 18th. Many greens are large and irregular in outline, a legacy of Robinson's enlargement of the greens. A bunker renovation began in September 2026, and the club announced the 12th and 13th complete in early October. The club celebrated its centennial in 2025 and marked it by hosting the Fuller Cup Matches between Michigan's leading amateurs and club professionals.
