The longest par 3, open in front

The 232-yard 17th from the Black tees is the longest of the four par 3s, and unlike the 7th and 12th its green is open across the front, with short grass leading onto it. The green is longer than it is wide, roughly 30 yards deep and 23 across, set along the line of play, with one bunker against its right side. Farther back, a bunker on the left sits about 43 yards short of the green's centre, a pair on the left about 56 to 58 yards short and one on the right about 52. A 2011 Golf Club Atlas tour described two ridges dividing the green into three sections.
