Restored bunkers at the turn, a three-part green

The 9th, 433 yards from the Black tees and stroke index 3, turns left at about 225 yards between tree lines. The front nine's pond lies just ahead of the tee, about 50 to 105 yards out, with the line from the tee crossing its left side. At the corner a bunker sits on the left about 210 yards from the tee and a pair on the right at about 250; these fairway bunkers were restored to Ross's scheme in the Renaissance plan. Near the green, one bunker sits short-left about 29 yards from its centre and two on the right at about 35 and 61. The green is open in front, pitched back to front and divided by a diagonal swale into three cupping areas.
