Greensboro Contry Club - Irving Park Course
Greensboro Country Club’s Irving Park Course sits in the heart of the Irving Park neighborhood just north of downtown Greensboro, NC. The course occupies rolling in-town ground framed by mature trees and residential streets, with the clubhouse perched above the opening and closing holes at 410 Sunset Drive. Irving Park is a private, member-owned facility; it is one of two eighteen-hole courses operated by the club, the other being the Farm Course several miles away. A full clubhouse complex and seasonal amenities serve the Irving Park side of the club, and the course offers standard practice facilities for members, including a driving range. Modern scorecards list Irving Park at roughly 6,000 yards from the longest daily tees and par 71, a compact test by current standards that reflects its early-twentieth-century urban footprint. Visitors encounter a tight, walkable routing with modest‐length par fours, strategic bunkering, and a small lake that comes notably into play, with the atmosphere of a traditional neighborhood club rather than a modern resort.
