Mark Bostick Golf Course at The University of Florida

On the northwest edge of the University of Florida’s campus in Gainesville, the Mark Bostick Golf Course is a compact, tree-lined, par-70 layout that serves the Gators’ men’s and women’s golf programs and welcomes outside play. The course sits on roughly 110–118 acres of softly rolling ground less than a mile from the undergraduate core, with the Guy Bostick Clubhouse as its hub and a dedicated practice complex for the teams. From the back “Gator” tees it measures about 6,700 yards; four tee sets scale the course for different abilities. Owned and operated by the University Athletic Association, it offers memberships and publishes public guest rates alongside student, faculty, staff, and alumni pricing, reflecting its role as both varsity facility and community venue. The walk today is one of mature canopies, short-to-medium length par fours, and two par fives on each nine, with contemporary bunkering and greens rebuilt in the early twenty-first century. The course hosts longstanding collegiate events—the Gator Invitational and Lady Gator Invitational—and functions as a daily-use training ground for UF’s nationally competitive teams.
