Where Bobby Jones chipped in for eagle in 1926
The 573-yard 4th from the Blue tees is a straight par 5 walled in by trees on both sides from tee to green. A cart path runs down the right and cuts across the fairway on a diagonal about 370 to 390 yards out. The only fairway bunker sits on the right about 70 yards short of the green. Three bunkers guard the approach: two on the left, about 35 and 20 yards short of the green, and one at the front right, leaving a gap through the middle of the front. The club records that Bobby Jones chipped in here for an eagle when he dedicated the course in 1926.
