Hole o' Cross: a Ross par 5 along the road

A 593-yard par 5 from the Medal tees with a road along its left side from tee to green and spaced trees down its right. The fairway begins about 175 yards out and runs some 30 to 35 yards wide; at about 400 yards two bunkers on the left pinch it to a neck. The last stretch swings right toward the green, with a bunker on the right about 45 yards short. Two more bunkers sit beside the green, one at its front left and one by the middle of its right side, and trees stand behind it and to the right. The resort's guide describes a green shaped like a Maltese cross, inspired by Tillinghast's 14th at the Valley Country Club.
