At 246 yards from the Blue tees, the 3rd is the longest par 3 on the card and stroke index 4. The tee sits by the road at the foot of the hole, and a street runs up the whole left side about 40 yards off the line. A creek crosses on a diagonal, about 115 yards out on the left and 200 on the right, cutting the line near 150 yards where the cart path bridges it; a small pond sits just left of the crossing. No bunker shows around the oval green, deeper than it is wide at about 35 by 25 yards, with a road behind it. Tropical Storm Helene took out the bridge here in 2024.
