Brook Lea Country Club

Brook Lea Country Club, a classic Donald Ross design dating to 1926, offers one of Rochester’s most engaging 18-hole tests. Playing 6,830 yards from the championship tees, the par-72 layout winds across gently rolling terrain, combining elevated tees, strategic Ross bunkering and five ponds fed by Mill Creek to demand thoughtful shot-making without overwhelming shorter hitters. Mature maples and oaks frame every fairway, while slick, subtly contoured greens reward a deft putting touch. Continuous cart paths and multiple tee decks keep rounds moving for golfers of all abilities. Members enjoy a full-service practice facility featuring a double-ended range, dedicated short-game complex and year-round TrackMan simulators. Head PGA professionals provide private lessons, clinics and an extensive junior program. The Georgian-style clubhouse overlooks the 18th green and houses casual and formal dining, locker rooms, banquet space for 225, and a well-stocked golf shop. Beyond golf, the club offers a heated pool, six Har-Tru tennis courts, paddle courts and a modern fitness center, creating a complete family-oriented experience in Rochester’s west suburbs.
