The 541-yard 17th from the Blue tees is the shorter of the course's two par 5s, and it opens with a carry over the large pond that also fronts the 12th. From the back tee the water crosses the line from about 75 to 160 yards, with a wooden cart bridge at its left end. Beyond the water a bunker sits in the middle of the fairway about 230 yards out, another on the right near 285, and a pair on the left around 360. Trees and the cart path run down the right side for the last 170 yards. The green, about 30 yards deep, has a large bunker just short of its front left and two smaller ones at its front right and right side.
