Stroke index 1 between the tree lines

The 4th, 595 yards from the Black tees, is the longest hole on the course and stroke index 1. It runs almost straight, kinking slightly right about 300 yards out, and the fairway begins roughly 100 yards from the tee beyond a stretch of rough. Lines of trees frame both sides the whole way, with a row of evergreens down the left, and there is no fairway sand at all. The defence is at the green, a round target with a cluster of three bunkers off its front left and two more down its right side, one at the front and one along the back.
