The 414-yard 12th from the Black tees runs out of fairway about 300 yards from the tee, and the green sits off to the left at a sharp angle from there. A pond with a fountain lies just right of the approach line, 40 to 75 yards from the green. The green is an oval set wider than it is deep across the approach, with a bunker at its front right and trees close on the left. Houses line both sides of the hole and a cart path runs down its left edge.
