Modern presentations emphasize tidy, moderately contoured greens and fairways interspersed with a small number of water features—most prominently a two-acre lake influencing play on the par-5 12th—so that scoring is more about placement and approach precision than raw length. Access is by member invitation; the club stages internal championships and local invitationals rather than state or national events. A visitor encounters a traditional parkland rhythm on a tight site, with several short par-4s balanced by stout mid-iron par-3s and a reachable par-5 or two that demand careful line selection around hazards.
