Seaview Resort (Bay Course)

Seaview’s Bay Course occupies a sweep of saltmarsh and upland edges on Reed’s Bay in Galloway Township, just north of Atlantic City. The resort is open to daily-fee play and hotel guests, with a full practice range, short-game area, and putting greens adjacent to the 1910s clubhouse core. Today the Bay Course plays par 71 at about 6,366 yards from the back tees, with multiple forward sets that compress the yardage for mixed play; the accompanying Pines Course (a separate Flynn/Toomey/Gordon design) completes the 36-hole complex. The Bay’s character is wind-shaped and low-profile: broad playing corridors step onto exposed flats and back into thin tree lines, with pot bunkers and compact, tilted targets rather than forced water carries. Current tournament identity centers on the ShopRite LPGA Classic, staged annually on the Bay, and the club publishes a hole-by-hole card that underscores its modern setup (notably three par-3s on the inward side and reachable par-5s at 9 and 18). For resort visitors, the experience is an Atlantic-facing walk where angles and trajectory control into small, undulating greens matter more than raw power.
